This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase of services from Bada Digital, LLC (the registered d/b/a of Bada Boom Marketing, LLC) unless a signed writing from us — such as a master services agreement or statement of work — expressly states otherwise.
1. All sales are final
All fees paid to Bada Digital — including deposits, retainers, setup fees, production fees, media-management fees, and fees for completed or in-progress work — are final and non-refundable. Our work is professional services: strategy, creative, production, and media operations begin promptly, consume reserved team capacity, and cannot be returned. Payment reserves that capacity whether or not you ultimately use it.
2. Advertising spend
Media budgets are spent with advertising platforms under the platform's terms, typically from your own ad accounts. We cannot refund money spent with a platform. Any credit or refund a platform issues belongs to the account it is issued to.
3. Cancellation
You may end an engagement as the applicable SOW provides. Ending an engagement does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and fees for work performed and costs committed through the effective end date remain due.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment-card chargeback or payment reversal for fees owed under an SOW, instead of raising the dispute under our Terms of Service, is a material breach. We may suspend work immediately and recover the disputed amount plus our reasonable costs of responding, and the dispute-resolution terms in the Terms of Service continue to apply.
5. Where the law requires more
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. If a law requires a refund in specific circumstances, this Policy applies to the fullest extent the law permits, and only the legally required portion is refundable.
